Policy Scope
This policy applies to physical security consultancy engagements provided by AMG Security Consultants LLC (“AMG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Consulting services are offered under ABDEL MOUSTAFA GHONIM™ and the AMG Security Consultants™ brand.
Engagement Terms
Before payment or consulting work begins, AMG and the client will accept a written engagement agreement defining the services, fees, deliverables, and schedule.
That agreement will also identify applicable payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms, including:
• Any deposit, retainer, or expressly agreed nonrefundable charge.
• When fees become payable or earned.
• Any cancellation notice requirements and agreed charges.
• Treatment of completed work, remaining work, and approved expenses.
• Any engagement-specific refund arrangements.
The accepted agreement controls these matters if its terms differ from general website information, subject to applicable law.
Completed and In-Progress Work
Refund eligibility and any amount retained will be assessed against the accepted engagement terms, payments received, work performed, deliverables supplied, and expenses authorized under the agreement.
Starting work does not, by itself, make the entire engagement fee nonrefundable.
Any amount retained will be explained by reference to the agreement and the services or charges it covers.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Send cancellation or rescheduling requests to Egypt@amgsecurityconsultants.com. Include your name, the engagement or invoice reference, and the change requested.
Follow any notice requirements stated in your engagement agreement. If no notice period is specified, notify AMG promptly in writing.
Cancellation charges, reserved-time fees, and rescheduling costs apply only where agreed. New charges or nonrefundable terms will not be added retroactively.
Any revised schedule must be confirmed by both parties.
Consulting Outcomes and Service Concerns
AMG does not guarantee the prevention of incidents, injuries, losses, or particular business or security outcomes.
An unwanted outcome does not, by itself, establish that the agreed consulting services were not provided. Concerns about incomplete work or deliverables that do not meet the accepted scope will be reviewed against the engagement agreement.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, email Egypt@amgsecurityconsultants.com with:
• Your name and organization, where applicable.
• The engagement or invoice reference.
• The payment date and amount involved.
• The services or deliverables concerned.
• A brief explanation of your request.
Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
Review and Resolution
AMG will review the request against the engagement agreement, payment records, work performed, deliverables supplied, and relevant communications.
We will explain the decision in writing, including the basis for any retained amount. Where a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and how it will be processed.
If AMG cancels an engagement or cannot complete the agreed work, the same review will address completed services, remaining work, and applicable refund obligations.
Other Providers and Products
This policy does not govern purchases from Nightclub Security Guide™ or another seller. Those transactions are subject to the selling provider’s terms and refund policy.
Applicable Rights and Updates
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
Updates apply prospectively and do not automatically change an existing engagement agreement.
